Dr. Vasanta Lakshmi Pallem, age 34, of Manhattan, died Thursday February 7, 2013 at the Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan.

She was working as Post Doctorate Researcher at Kansas State University Chemical Engineering department. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00p.m. Monday February 11, 2013 at the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home in Manhattan.
